In this podcast I’m going to take a little different of an approach to an extremely good lesson I’m learning about what you are requiring of yourself and others. This has been an extremely hard lesson for me to learn. I want to fall on the sword for just about everything in the world but is that right? Should you always pick up the slack, tie the loose ends, be stuck disappointed. Being a fair and honest person doesn’t exclude you. So I need you to ask yourself:
Are you Doing what you’re asked or
what you're capable of???
Are you Doing what you're asked or
what you know is right???
Once you answer these questions now for step two and
probably a little harder, as a leader,
Are you letting people know what you
want and what you expect???
Accountability and Expectations are extremely
difficult as a leader because it will require you to embrace
conflict, it will require you to tell people that they are wrong
and it will definitely require you to stand on what is true and
right.
